RYZE Superfoods handles returns through the customer service contact below. This page brings together the request window, return arrangements and the steps leading to an approved refund.

Check the request window and item condition

A return or exchange request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number or another proof of purchase. For a change-of-mind request, the item must be unused and retain its original condition and original packaging. Wait for the return arrangements before sending the parcel.

Postage and the return destination

We cover shipping on eligible returns, including ordinary change-of-mind returns and quality-related cases. Support provides a prepaid label or an agreed return method. When an order arrives incorrectly

If goods are damaged, defective, missing or different from the order, send the order details and useful photographs. We review the circumstances and explain the suitable replacement, return or refund route. Any required eligible return shipping is at our expense. Unused-item conditions for change-of-mind requests do not limit remedies required by law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refund approval and exchanges

After the return is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days following receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time. Exchanges follow the same eligibility and request period and depend on the replacement being available.

Requests before dispatch

Ask promptly if you wish to cancel or amend an order before shipment. We will check whether processing can still be stopped, but cannot guarantee an amendment or cancellation. Shipped orders follow the return process above. Nothing here excludes any mandatory consumer remedy.
